Commercial use, TOE-Modell®

Specification of personal data

Access for companies and/or freelancers who wish to acquire the TOE-Model® within the framework of "simple commercial use" - i.e. do not (yet) intend to sign the benefits of a trademark licence agreement. This is because without a licence agreement, each purchased use licence automatically expires after one year. It must therefore be purchased again for another year in the event of further simple commercial use.

A "simple commercial use" is given up to a maximum annual turnover of 3000 EUR/ CHF. Turnover exceeding this amount must always be regulated in writing with AnEx Information Verlag in a separate licence agreement, while safeguarding trademark rights.

All files made available here may be used for own presentations. Only the indication of the unchanged DOI link is mandatory.
